Terms & Conditions
- All wildlife is sold by 360 North Game Traders as agent on behalf of the Seller. The seller hereby authorize 360 North Game Traders to collect the purchase price from the Purchaser and the Seller ceded to 360 North Game Traders all the seller's rights, title and interest in and to its claim for payment of the purchase price against the Purchaser which session 360 North Game Traders accepted.
- Permits will be the responsibility of the Purchaser/s at all time. We can assist clients in obtaining the permits.
- We can assist clients in obtaining insurance on wildlife.
- Any representations made on this page is not guaranteed by 360 North Game Traders at all.
- Notwithstanding delivery, ownership of the purchased wildlife will not pass to the Purchaser until the full purchase price plus interest, if any, is paid.
- The Purchaser shall not be entitled to withhold payment of the purchase price to 360 North Game Traders as any result of any possible or pending claim that he/she may have against the Seller on the grounds of misrepresentation or for any other reason whatsoever.
Commission Structure
Please note that prices of wildlife animals advertised excludes agent commission, and commissions is structured as follow:
- R0.00 - R500 000.00 Excl. VAT per animal sourced – 6% chargeable to buyer
- R500 000.00 and more Excl. VAT per animal sourced – 3% chargeable to buyer
